Improvement

To add guarantees to their Workify storefront, Workify partners will now select from dropdown options.

Users can select up to 5 guarantees to add to their storefront.

New

All users can now sort projects in the dashboard, in addition to filtering them.

Users can sort projects by the following:

• Project start date (most recent to oldest)
• Custom project name (A-Z)
• Default project name (A-Z)

Workify partners can also sort their customer list in the dashboard, in addition to filtering them.

Partners can sort customers by the following:

• First name (A-Z)
• Last name (A-Z)
• Email (A-Z)
• Number of active projects (most to least)
• Number of total purchases (most to least)

Improvement

Project updates now maintain line breaks when posted. This also applies to comments left on project updates.

Any line breaks made in past project updates or project update comments will now display.

New

We added a button to allow easier navigation between message channels and projects.

Users could already navigate from a project directly to its message channel. With the addition of this new button, users can now also navigate from message channels directly to its corresponding project.

Improvement

When a customer receives an email notification for unread project messages, the email now includes the name of the project. This makes it easier for customers who have multiple projects to better differentiate between the incoming message notifications they receive.

We've added progress indicators in a few new places so users know what's happening after they take an action.

We added a new field to the customer registration form allowing new customers to specify their industry. This will allow us to gather more data around what types of clients are using the services, meaning we can better serve them and our partners. Customers can edit their industry selection anytime from their account settings.

Fix

• A bug was causing a service to move positions on the storefront when its price was edited. We fixed this so it won't affect future service price edits.
• After recent service updates rolled out, a bug was causing inactive services to still act as featured services. This meant some users couldn't select new featured services for their storefront. This is now fixed so all users should be able to select up to three featured services again.

Improvement

Customers and service providers can now upload project files up to 25MB.

New

Customers and service providers now have the ability to select whether or not they want to receive email notifications for unread project messages. If they have email notifications enabled, they can select when they want to receive the notification.
