Returned Payments

It has been brought to the attention of the TPSA Treasurer that several membership payments have been "returned to sender" due to addressing issues. The address issue has been resolved. If you received a returned check/P.O. please send a picture of the returned envelope and payment to thomashelgoth@texaspublicserviceassociation.org. Once reviewed the financial block will be removed from your account and your chapter will be permitted to register for Regional Competition. The new competition registration deadline for chapters who received a returned payment and follow the above-detailed procedures is Friday 12/13/2019 at 5:00 CST. Resend payment to the following address.

Financial Block (Unable to register)

If your account currently has a financial block, the payment has been sent, and you have not received a returned payment, please complete the following steps to have your financial block removed.

  1. Contact your financial services department and obtain a letter including the following information:
    -School Name
    -Payment Amount
    -Postmarked date of payment
    -Finance department contact information
  2. Email letter to thomashelgoth@texaspublicserviceassociation.org by Tuesday 12/10/19 at 5:00 pm CST.
  3. Once reviewed the financial block will be removed from your account and your chapter will be permitted to register for Regional Competition. The new competition registration deadline for your chapter will be Friday 12/13/2019 at 5:00 CST.
