Regional Competition registration is now open and will remain open until 12/06/2019. No late registrations permitted. Chapters will have a financial block in place prohibiting regional competition registration until a full membership payment has been received by the TPSA Treasurer.

Official membership registration invoices are finalized** and can be viewed in the membership registration system at this time. An emailed copy of your invoice will also be sent to the chapter primary advisor. Please be advised that some chapters will have multiple invoices. This occurs when advisors and students are entered on separate submissions. Ensure that all invoices are paid in full as soon as possible. Your chapter will not be permitted to register for Regional Competitions until payment in full is received.
**The TPSA Membership System experienced a glitch and did not lock down the system for registration at the deadline. This has since been corrected. If you have an invoice dated later than 10/11/2019 you submitted members after the deadline. A new invoice will be generated for your chapter to represent the $20.00 per member late registration fee. New invoices will be sent within the next 72 hours.
New Vendor Request
Please send all school district new vendor documentation requests directly to Thomas Helgoth, TPSA Treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please allow adequate time for processing (3-5 business days).
The Executive Board has received numerous requests from advisors to add students to their existing chapter memberships after the deadline passed. We have taken your requests into consideration. We will allow active chapters to add additional members up until 10/25/19. Each member will be charged a $20.00 membership fee instead of the standard $10.00 membership fee as these requests have to be handled by an administrator on the account. No deletions or substitutions of students currently on the membership roster are permitted. It has come to our attention that several people were still able to access the membership system and make additions after the deadline passed. This technical glitch has been resolved. Any entries after the close of membership will be charged the $20.00 late fee. If you need to add additional members email a spreadsheet containing the following information to Kirahasslernewsom@texaspublicserviceassociation.org

Please be advised that no competition registration will be permitted for your chapter until all membership invoices are paid in full. Due to the late registration extension, Competition Event Registration will open on October 28th and remain open until November 22nd.
Competition Substitution Policy
Substitutions may only occur for emergency situations up to five days prior to competition. After the 5 day deadline has passed the team will have to compete with a deficit of one member. No team can compete with a deficit greater than 1 regardless of the reason. Grades are not an emergency. Substitutes must be entered as members prior to the membership registration deadline (October 11th, 2019).
Non Emergency Team Member Removal
Any team composed of 4 or more students may compete with one less than the required number of team members, however, no more than a one member deficit is allowed.
Teams composed of 3 or less members will forfeit the opportunity to compete in a particular event if a member is removed for any reason other than an emergency substitution.
Membership Deadline Approaching
ATTENTION: The membership deadline is approaching on October 11th. All chapter requests and students must be requested, entered, and submitted by October 11th. Official Invoices will be generated shortly after and sent to all schools. We look forward to a great year for TPSA!
