New active incident page






We've now launched a new active incident page, which will be displayed whenever there is a critical issue preventing our customers from accessing the Syngency platform.

This page will provide links to our Status Page , as well as connecting customers to our support team via email and Intercom.

We always want to ensure there is complete transparency when technical issues occur, and this is now the first point of contact for our customers whenever there are infrastructure issues.
