Xero and QuickBooks users can now view and manage payments for each booking, after payments are made to talent in Xero and QuickBooks.
You'll notice a new Payments section appears after Expenses in the talent's tab in the booking, listing the payments made to them and any outstanding amount still due.
In the example above, a $4,800 payment leaves a zero-balance due, based on a gross rate of $6,000 less Agency Commission of $1,200.
If the December 16 payment is removed, the amount due will be $800:
So you'll easily be able to tell exactly what has been paid to the talent, and if there is any outstanding balance due.
