Accidentally added an exercise to the wrong workout section?

Now you can drag exercises across workout sections. You can also drag an exercise out of a circuit block, as well as into its own circuit block.

Order your exercises however you want!

Introducing Workout Types!

Previously, there were only two workout types you could select: 'Power & Strength' and 'Conditioning'. Now you can create your own type, and custom its workout section names and colors! Each workout type has 5 configurable sections. Any sections without an exercise won't show up during the workout.
