Payment receipts

We are now automatically sending receipts for payments.

Get the latest reviews for a given profile (beta)

Added the diff parameter to the /add endpoint, which allows you to provide the job ID of a previous job and only receive the latest reviews. This is currently available in beta while we work out any kinks that might present themselves.

Check our updated documentation to use it!

Meta data added for Tripadvisor

Added the available meta data for a given review on Tripadvisor, eg:

52591186-347bfd80-2e3b-11e9-89f8-916ca80be125.png added is now available for review scraping.

Tier-based pricing

As mentioned in our newsletter earlier this week, we have now reduced our base fee for most of our supported review sites. This means that you will get more bang for your buck!

You can read more about how it works here: Get in touch if you have any questions about this!

Change to job persistence

While we used to store our jobs (and corresponding reviews) for 7 days from creation, this has caused some confusion. We are now storing jobs for 30 days to give you ample time to fetch reviews from our system.

We will be monitoring how this is used, to avoid that our system is used as a hot storage for reviews. Please make sure to save reviews on your side as opposed to calling us to fetch live versions.

New review sites!

We have added 5 new review sites for you!
