We posted about a week ago to say that we'd lost access to Virgin Atlantic availability data.
Despite our best efforts, we've been unable to get our link with Virgin Atlantic working again. As a result, as of today, we're officially deactivating this part of the site.
Our British Airways connection is not affected and continues to work as usual.
If you're an Elite member, we'll send you a full refund for your last month's membership, which should land in your account in the next few days.
If you want to cancel your Elite membership as a result of this change, you can do it in one click on our website.
We'll post if we get access to Virgin Atlantic data again in the future. If you haven't already, you could try contacting Virgin to tell them how much you value Reward Flight Finder - you can email them here (choose the "Flying Club" option, and then "General enquiry").

Edit: We've decided to delay refunds, as things are looking a bit more positive. We will provide refunds for the time the service isn't working, but we want to do one big batch of refunds, rather than lots of small batches.
