Fixed a bug in Website Settings that showed "Whoops" when trying to access. This was a left over piece from the removal of the LinkedIn API.
Bug in Website Settings
Fix
Removed LinkedIn API Access
Fix
Due to changes to the LinkedIn API, Resume'ed can no longer pull your data from LinkedIn. Unfortunately, at this time we would need to apply for Partner Access which, apparently, is unavailable currently.
Once this application reopens I will be applying, my apologies. I will work on the ability to parse uploaded résumés for the time being.
Add Icons to you Skill
Improvement
One of the most requested improvements to the Skills feature was the ability to add icons next to them.
I will be rolling this feature out in the coming days!
Some other big improvements are just in the process of being tested and will be launched shortly!
Bulk Add Skills
Improvement
It was slightly annoying to add each "Skill" individually so now you can bulk add skills!
At the same time I made the removal of skills use Ajax to avoid reloading the page after each deletion.
Export your Resume
New
Added support for exporting your Resume'ed site to a PDF 🎉🎉
Check it out in the About Me section of your Dashboard!
More PDF themes will be added in the coming weeks.
New Checkout
New
Updated the checkout process to be smoother and more user friendly. No more Stripe pop-up!
Try it out with coupon code "COUPON" :)
Public Roadmap
Resume'ed now has a public roadmap! Check it out at the link below: Resume'ed Roadmap
Robots `<`META`>` tag
Improvement
I have added support for the Robots <META> tag, this allows you to remove your site from indexing by search engines (learn more here).
Access this setting via the About Me page, and then the Meta Tags section in the top right corner.
Law & Order
Improvement
I have added support for manual ordering in Experience, Education, and Projects. You are now in control of how jobs, education, and projects show up!
All the statistics
Improvement
I have added support for chart filters allowing you to pick what statistics are shown. This affects not only the graph but also the Top Cities, Countries, and Languages.
Right now it only supports the past 30 and 60 days, so let me know what other periods should be added!
