Google Search Analytics can provide data on as many as 5,000 keywords for a given website, but not all of those keywords are going to be particularly useful to you. Now in Search Analytics, you can filter down to just the keywords that you've already added to Keyword Manager—not just in the tool itself but in reporting as well.
To filter that data, just find the Keyword Manager bubble on the Search Analytics tool:
You can report on this data by editing your Search Analytics widget and choosing Keyword Manager in the widget settings.
