Total Lockdown in Tamil Nadu, Printrove Operations put on hold

Dear Merchants,

Before anything, we sincerely hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy.

We just wanted to share a quick update today.

As you know, the second wave of coronavirus pandemic is continuing to impact everyone and our thoughts are with those affected by the virus, particularly those who are sick. We wish them a speedy recovery, and we remain truly inspired by our healthcare workers and others who are caring for people around the world.

Due to the rising cases in Tamil Nadu, the state government has announced a total lockdown from May 10 to May 24 to control the spread of Covid-19. Owing to this, we would not be operating during the above-mentioned period and therefore, we would not be able to print and ship any of your orders.

At the same time, we know that you, our beloved partners, rely on Printrove’s products and services, and so we would like to assure you that all your orders that have been taken up for processing already would be shipped by EOD tomorrow (Sunday, 9th May 2021).

In any case, we’ll try our best to dispatch as many orders as we can in the limited timeframe we have. Yet, if any of your orders are not shipped by EOD tomorrow, you can cancel the orders that are in the ‘Received’ stage and if it has already entered ‘Processing’, we would add the same to your 'Returns' so you can reship it to any other customer when things get normal.

Moving forward, you would still be able to place orders on Printrove but they shall be printed and dispatched only after we open up our facilities when the lockdown is lifted. So it is best to keep your customers informed about the same.

Finally, we like to think of this time as a reminder about how we all need to band together to overcome challenges and complexities. Our team is here for you, and we shall continue to keep you updated and informed. You can also check any live updates here.

Returns disposal disabled for all your RTO Orders

Dear Merchants,

As per our returns policy, all Returned to Origin (RTO) orders are shipped back to Printrove’s facility and stocked up in our warehouse for the next 30 days, without any warehousing fee.

After this period, you are expected to create a reship/removal order to ship them to yourself or your order gets disposed off at our end. (If you’re unclear about this, you can read more about managing your returns here)

However, with the lockdowns being imposed in several states, we’ve extended the 30 day period (effective immediately) until the situation normalizes and the lockdowns are lifted.

What this means for you is that any RTO order that gets returned to Printrove’s facility would not have the 30-day timeline and the same would be stocked up without any additional fee until further notice.

Once the lockdowns are lifted completely and things get back to normal, we would notify you and re-enable the 30 day returns timeline, and the “No of Days Remaining” for all your return orders would start from then.

Please note that if you have 'Returns to Inventory' enabled for your account then you may ignore this notification as your returns process would continue to be the same without any changes.

Update Shipping Details and Upload Invoice in a Click!

Dear Merchants,

Uploading an invoice and updating the shipping details of your orders has never been any easier on Printrove's Merchant Panel.

Just think about this -

You receive a request from your customer to change their shipping details after your order has entered processing and like any other request, you reach out to support to get the changes done.

Although it's possible, it was still a lot of effort for you to write an email and send the updated address.

Well, not anymore.

From this moment, you can simply head over to your order in the Manage Orders page and click on the Order ID.

Once the Order is opened in front of you, you can click on "More Actions" and update your shipping details then and there. Yes, it's that simple.

And guess what? You can also change the mode of shipping from COD to Standard Shipping (Prepaid) and vice versa.

Worried about uploading an invoice for a customer who is insisting on the same? Just click on "Upload Invoice" and we'll look into the rest.

Update - Restrictions on Non-Essential Shipments in Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh

Greetings from Printrove!

This is to inform you that in light of the Government of India guidelines around the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve disabled all pincodes delivering to the states of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh until the 1st of May, 2021. Owing to this, you would not be able to place any orders to the above states until any further government notice.

Kindly note that any of your orders which is currently in the processing stage and are supposed to be shipped to Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh would be added to your returns and the shipping charges for those orders would be refunded back your credits.

Your orders that have already been shipped and are in transit to the above states might also face issues with deliveries considering the complete lockdown instructions by the Government, however, our courier partners would try their best to get them delivered.

We request you to kindly cooperate with us and stand hand-in-hand with the Government's decision to contain the spread of Coronavirus in the country.

Restrictions on Non-Essential Shipments in Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh

We are writing to inform you that the Government of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh has put a restriction on any movement of non-essential goods like t-shirts in India.

This is a developing story and we will update you as soon as we have more information available on how our shipping partners would treat your orders pending in transit. We request you to kindly cooperate with us and stand hand-in-hand with the Government's decision to contain the spread of Coronavirus in the country.

Kindly note that the deliveries will be affected for the time being because of these restrictions and we would let you know the next steps as we gain more clarity.

Update - Temporary Increase in Dispatch Timelines to 6 working days

Greetings from Printrove!

This is an update with respect to the dispatch timelines. We hate to say this but the timelines for dispatching your orders have been increased again to about 6 business days due to a minor operational issue with our printers.

To avoid this from happening in the future, we've set up printing backups and are confident to recover from this backlog by the end of next week.

Your orders pending from the 3rd of April would be taken for printing on priority following the orders placed on the 4th and so on. Please allow us time till the end of next week to help you with further updates on the timelines.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and request you to bear with us while we continue to make Printrove the best experience for you.

TN Election Holiday - 6th of April, 2021

New Payment gateway added

Hello Merchants,

We are happy to announce that we have added an additional payment gateway to our merchant panel.

From now onwards, you should be able to see two options while making payments - Razorpay and Cashfree. In case your payment fails through one payment gateway, you can use the other one to make sure that the credits are added for placing your orders.
