“If ____ approval is declined,” Automation Trigger

 

New

  

In order to reduce time lost to declined approvals, a new “If ____ approval is declined,” trigger has been added to Automations so a shop can trigger the following actions in order to increase efficiency and communication:

  • Send an email and/or text message to ____
  • Apply the ____ preset task list
  • Change status to ____

The Printavo system declined approval email is always sent to the Invoice Owner, Approval Requester and Customer.

New Shortcodes for the approved and declined approval triggers

  • [approval-name] - Name of the approval (ex. Quote Approval)
  • [decline-reason] - Name, email and approval decline reason
  • [approval-requester-full-name] - User's first & last name who requested the approval
  • [approval-requester-first-name] - User's first name who requested the approval
  • [approval-requester-email-address] - User's email who requested the approval
  • [approval-requester-phone-number] - User's phone number who requested the approval

Schedule History on the Quote/Invoice Schedule Tab

Schedule History has been added to the quote/invoice schedule tab in order to show who did what when and for how long on an imprint in the Power Scheduler.

Events being shown include:

  • Imprints manually removed from the Power Scheduler by [user fullname] month day, year * time
  • Imprints manually added to the Power Scheduler by [user fullname] month day, year * time
  • Imprints added to the Power Scheduler via automation month day, year * time
  • #Imprint ID Step Name changed from [Step Status Name] to [Step Status Name] by [user fullname] month day, year * time
  • #Imprint ID quantity set to 2/4 by [user fullname] month day, year * time
  • #Imprint ID quantity set from 4/4 to 2/4 by [user fullname] month day, year * time

Time spent in a Type of Work Step Status

Now a user can see how much time was spent in a Type of Work Step Status in order to better understand production time in the Power Scheduler.

Saved Views in the Power Scheduler

In order to simplify and focus on a specific set of columns and filters, users can now create their own saved views in the Power Scheduler.

The Group button is a quick convenient way to see capacity by day.

Saving a view

Once you have created a view that you would like to save just click the + and click + Save view to create a custom name.

Super Admin Users can select to either make the saved view:

  • Visible only to me
  • Visible to everyone

Non Super Admin Users can only create a saved view visible to them.

Updating an existing saved view

Update a saved view by saving the current view again with the same name.

Manage saved views

Manage your saved views by deleting any that you have created Manage views in the + dropdown menu.

Optional Custom Merch Store Contact

In an effort to direct questions and promote who the Merch store is for an Optional Custom Store Contact section has been added to the Merch Store Information tab in Settings.

The Custom Contact can have:

  • Organization
  • Contact Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Address
  • Facebook Link
  • Instagram Link
  • Twitter Link

IF there is at least a Contact Name and Email then the Custom Store Contact info will render in the footer of the Merch store and the Shop info will render under the Shop Name in the footer.

Custom Contact Email when the store is closed

In an effort to direct questions to the store organizer instead of the shop, the custom contact email will be used when the store is closed.

If the Custom Contact info is empty

The shop information will render under the Contact in the footer and the email link of the Store Closed page.

Merch Store Invoice Owner now defaults to the Merch Store Owner

Previously when Merch orders were collapsed into an Merch Store Invoice it would default the Owner to the account's oldest user.

Now the Merch Store Invoice Owner will default to the Merch Store Owner but can still be edited if need be.
