In order to simplify and focus on a specific set of columns and filters, users can now create their own saved views in the Power Scheduler.
The Group button is a quick convenient way to see capacity by day.
The List button is a quick convenient way to ungroup all Imprints by day.
Saving a view
Once you have created a view that you would like to save just click the
+ and click
+ Save view to create a custom name.
Super Admin Users can select to either make the saved view:
- Visible only to me
- Visible to everyone
Non Super Admin Users can only create a saved view visible to them.
Updating an existing saved view
Update a saved view by saving the current view again with the same name.
Manage saved views
Manage your saved views by deleting any that you have created
Manage views in the
+ dropdown menu.
