We've just introduced some new account notifications that we think will give everyone a bit more peace of mind.
📧 Email Change Confirmations
Now when you change your email address, a confirmation message will be sent to the new address and ask you to verify the change. This helps ensure that the change was on purpose... and that the address wasn't fat-fingered 🤦♀️
🕵️♀️ Password Change Notifications
When your password is changed you will receive an email notification letting you know about the change
We will now send out a welcome email to any new user who is added to PASS Tools. The message gives the user an overview of their account details and asks them to confirm their email address before getting started. The message also contains a few other hints on getting going with their new account.
❄️ Uniquely Yours
If your account is branded, all of these messages will incorporate those customizations, and in this case, it's easier to show you what we mean, rather than try and explain it.
Here's a default message sent to a customer who works directly with PASS Tools:

Everything gets customization — the product name, branding color, logo, even the from email name and reply-to/support email address. This helps position our service provider partners to provide an even more tailored experience.
While these are relatively small changes, we think that they go a long way in making PASS Tools more friendly, easy to use, and enjoyable.
