We introduced README, a simple way to foster friendly conversations at work.
With README, you get to define your work duties, highlight your approach to projects and partnerships, and understand how you can serve your colleagues better.
Here’s what README means to employees.
With README, you can:
Define your work duties.
Create a bio that introduces you to colleagues.
Highlight principles and value systems for improved workplace performance.
Boost partnership at work.
List periodical goals and objectives.
We added a “missing info” tag that lets you know if you haven’t provided all necessary details for your profile.
We fixed a minor bug that prevented users accessing Onboardly with their mobile devices from viewing the menu options.
We optimized the Help Center by adding short guides on getting started with Onboardly. Learn more.
We launched email notifications for employee events such as upcoming birthdays, contract expiration, and end of probation period.
We also started a resourceful blog series on Time To Productivity, for Hiring Managers and HRs. Check it out here.
