Fixed a bug with notes on Slack where users weren't able to add notes for dates in September.

Unlocked adding records prior to adding Nikabot

It's now possible to add records to dates prior to adding Nikabot to your team!
These won't count for missing hours and overtime reports, however, these records will count for projects' consumed time.

Time off pattern now displayed for teams with flexible hours
