Import account balances

Video Export.gif

After the import of transactions, it was obvious that we needed a way to import all the balances of an account. Now you can import the balance and in seconds have the complete history of your account.

New

Import your transactions without connecting a bank

You can now import transactions using .csv or .xls files exported directly from your bank.

This changes Monse completely. Now you could, if you wanted, use Monse without connecting any bank and still enjoy all the benefits and useful data.

In addition, to make it even easier, you can also modify the logo of your manual accounts.

Account types

image.png

We have noticed that several of you have a normal expense account and a savings account. This caused the movements from the normal account to the savings account to be double-counted, thus preventing accurate accounting.

Now, with the types of accounts, you can mark your savings account, avoiding the transactions of this account from being double-counted.

Mark your savings account and simply categorize the transfers from the normal account to the savings account as "Savings" and, when you receive money from the savings account, the same. This way you can easily know when you save money and you will not have any duplicate movements.

❓ Here you can find more information about saving accounts.

Change transaction date

image.png

We are excited to announce a new feature for Monse users, now you can change the date of a booked transaction. This feature is designed to help users keep their reports and statistics accurate and up-to-date.

With this feature, users can now easily adjust the date of any transaction that was booked incorrectly. This is especially useful for those who need to ensure their financial data is accurate for tax or budgeting purposes.

We hope this new feature will make it even easier for users to stay on top of their financial management with Monse. If you have any questions or feedback about this update, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
