Helping you reduce bounce percentage

i-MTA v 2.2.7 released

At Mail250 our goal is not just to deliver emails, but to help you really engage with your users.

Keeping this mission as our core DNA, we have always aligned our roadmap in building features which can help you deliver more.

Today, we are upgrading our i-MTA (AI powered Mail Transfer Agent) to v2.2.7. In this release, the i-MTA will be capable of pre-identifying the recipient domains with bad MX record so that such bad recipient email addresses are suppressed even before the actual delivery to ISP.

This enhancement will not only protect the reputation of our infrastructure, but will also protect the reputation of your sender domain from getting blacklisted by global DNSBLs and RBLs.

Because of this new enhancement to our i-MTA, you will see a comparative improvement in your delivery rates and reduction in bounce percentages.

Stay tuned for more such releases to our i-MTA.

Introducing our new help center

At Mail250, we believe that good quality and swift customer support is extremely important. We pride ourselves on having an average response time of 6 hrs, of course during business days :)

Unfortunately, though, we don't have support staff available around the clock. And sometimes, it may just be easier to do a quick search through an F.A.Q. then it is to start a conversation.

That's why today, we're introducing a new help center that we've filled (and will continue to fill), with Frequently Asked Questions, general information, best practices, and guides.

You can find our help center at:

We're starting a changelog

Big news today, we're starting a public changelog so you're always up to date with all the updates, improvements and fixes that are made in Mail250.

Even though we work on Mail250 all the time, sometimes it may seem that not much is happening. This changelog is here to improve that very important part of the communication between you and us.

You'll always receive an update when we change something in the widget, or if needed all things we've changed is available on our public changelog page.
