Happy (belated) New Year! If you haven't been sleeping under a rock, you probably noticed a few big breakthroughs that have happened in AI technology since we last spoke.

Well, we've been working hard on a few different ways that we can deeply integrate AI into Loopin to provide you with a better service - and we are really excited to be launching one or two of them today.

Predictive Insights

Using the same AI technology that Meta uses to predict the weather, we are now able to offer predictive analytics - where we can predict which of your teams are heading for burnout or low morale.

Don't worry though, your data stays with us and is never shared with Meta. If you want to give it a spin, just head to your "Organisation Insights" tab.

New Profile

As you can see from the top image, we've also added a new page! You can now set a bio, add your characteristics, and share how you work with everyone in your company.

What's more, we are going to be using your choices to provide even better coaching and 1:1s, individually tailored to you and powered by major advanced in large language models.

Look out for that in the very near future.

Other Improvements

That's not all, we also have a bunch of smaller features that have launched:

• Teams List View: You can now select team list view on the "teams" page, and get a bird's eye view of how your teams are on any one day.
• Speed Improvements: Your activity feed should feel much faster, along with a lot of the pages being snappier.
• Coaching Tips: You might have a few in the last few weeks, but we're launching coaching tips - messages sent directly to you in Slack that understand what is happening in your team and provide useful insights and exercises to be a better leader.
• Microsoft Teams: Last, but certainly not least - we are looking to launch our Microsoft Teams app in the next few weeks! If you know any companies that would benefit from Loopin but are Bill Gates people, let us know!
