Happy New Year everyone! It's been a while since you heard from us, but we've been quietly chipping away at a number of big features that we're so excited to share with you.

• 💬 1:1 Catchups: There is now a 1:1 catchup tab on each squad, allowing you to see how your team is doing and keep track of any issues or concerns.
• 🏉 Squad Improvements: Squads now have a overview page, like a dashboard for an individual squad and a lot of little improvements to help you manage your teams and engage with each other more effectively.
• 📊 Slack Insights: We are Slack first product, and are so excited to share a buffet of feature improvements so you can see how your team is using Loopin without ever leaving Slack.
• 📩 Downloadable Reports: This is a big one. We still have a long way to improve, but you can now download a report for your organisation, squad, or even just your personal information.
• 🌟 Streaks: Streaks are a little way to keep track of how you are using Loopin, and to give you a fun little insight into how you use Loopin.
• 💳 Billing: We now have billing set-up and have partnered with Stripe. Don't worry though, if you are an existing customer nothing will change for you. It just allows us to go live on the Slack app store.
