Hello Leafers! On this release we fixed 10 bugs 🐞 and made 8 feature improvements! 🌟


Important updates:

To start off we've made a great improvement to the platform performance. Data from campaigns will now load much faster! πŸ“‘βš‘οΈ

We have also made it easier for you to know when your Ad Account is full πŸ“’

Let me explain:

Facebook allows a maximum of 50,000 ads per Ad Account (adding up all the ads from the campaigns you've launched). This means that if you launch many campaigns you might reach this limit one day.

If this happens, new campaigns you launch will have errors like for example not all ads being created.

But fear no more! πŸ˜‰ We've introduced a new check to make sure that your Ad Account has enough space every time you're about to launch a campaign.

If your Ad Account has enough space then the campaign will launch normally, if not you will see this message:

Then you can choose to change your Ad Account for another one which has available space, or go to Ads Manager to delete ads from your Ad Account to create more space.

In other news, we've added a new "Refresh" button on the Campaign Insights (find it in the top right corner). This way you can manually refresh the data at any moment in time and have the most accurate insights πŸ’₯πŸ“ˆ

Hello Leafers! On this release we fixed 12 bugs 🐞 and made 6 feature improvements! 🌟

You can now import Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences directly from Leaf Grow to your campaigns!

This is a biggie πŸ’ƒ This new feature will allow you to easily choose which of your Custom Audiences you want to use along with the other Audiences created with Leaf Grow.

In the Review page (of the Campaign Creation) you will find this new section:

If you click the Optional toggle, you will activate the Import Custom Audiences feature. From there you can choose on the dropdown the Custom or Lookalike Audience you want.

You can also add multiple Custom Audiences:

Once you've selected the Custom Audiences, you will see how they appear in the Audience Adsets section:

Your new campaign is ready to be launched using your Custom and Lookalike Audiences! πŸš€

Other key updates:

On this release we've also increased the performance of the Lookalike Audiences based on the countries selected in the campaign creation. 🌎 You might see more Lookalike Audiences in one Adset based on this enhancement.

In addition, we've introduced a notification to let you know when your campaign is set under a 24 hour period, since campaigns need to have a minimum duration of 1 day due to Facebook's policy.

Finally, you might have noticed how our favicon had disappeared... well it's back now! ✌️

Hello Leafers! On this release we fixed 4 bugs 🐞 and made 4 feature improvements! 🌟


Important updates:

We've made it easier for you to add a Payment Method to your Ad Account. πŸ’³

In order to create a campaign, you need to have a Payment Method attached to the Ad Account you want to use. If you haven't done it before, we will guide you to Facebook's settings so you can do it easily.

In other news, we've made a big improvement to the Interests targeting. We've added "Expand Interests" which automatically includes new interests to your campaign that may increase conversions at a lower cost per conversion. This will help improve your campaigns' performance! πŸš€

Also, we've enhanced the loading time of Leaf Grow. The pages will now load faster and the data inside the pages will continue loading after, for a soother experience inside the app. ⏱

Last but not least, we created a message to let you know when something wrong is happening with Facebook's platform. There's been times in the past when Facebook has been down, which affects the normal use of the app. So if it were to happen again, we will communicate it to you through this message:

Important updates:

We made a great improvement to the Interest section of the Audience page (in the campaign creation). You can now search for Behaviours and Demographics to add to your targeting.

  • Behaviours allow you to target based on user's actions or past purchase behaviour.
  • Demographics allow you to target by workplace, education level, job title, relationship status amongst others. You can also target based on recency of a life event like 3 months, 6months, 1 year.

To do this, just look for them in the Interests search field. At the right side of each interest result you will be able to see which type it belongs to:

Also, we have a new addition to our Insights dashboard! Previously you were able to see data for Countries but now you can see data for Regions as well. 🌎 This is great for gaining a deeper view of your campaign results.

  • Monthly
  • Never

Some of you were having problems viewing your insights reports and were getting this notification:

This issue is in relation to a restriction that was limiting you to a maximum of 25 ad accounts.

We have solved this now, so there's no longer a limit to the number of ad accounts you can have! ⚑️ and you can also view your insights reports as normal πŸ“Š
