We are excited to announce some upcoming changes to the site.

Job List

The main update is going to be the ability to add a list of jobs that will allow you to rapidly calculate hours for each workorder. Don't worry, if you prefer the current method of adding hours manually, this feature is completely optional.

Mark As Paid

The other feature will be the ability to mark workorders as paid so you can easily view which workorders you have gotten flagged for. This will also allow you to filter out workorders that were paid so you can print out a list of unpaid workorders for the current pay period to give to your payroll administrator.

Improvement

We have upgraded our database to handle the increasing amount of storage and to provide more secure backups for your data.

We are also currently working on some enhancements to the site such as being able to create jobs and select them from a list to make it easier to calculate the hours for each work order.
