A brand new sleep mode for your screens




Comeen Play allows you now to configure and manage the sleep mode of your signage screens.

Leaving your screens on at night or on weekends, if you don't need them, is a waste of energy and an ecological loss. And on top of that, it's useless!

Thanks to this new feature, you can now choose exactly the hours and days on which your screens turn off automatically and on to be as efficient as possible, remotely โฐ

How to use this feature?

Directly into the Comeen Play digital signage platform, just go to your player setting and activate the sleep mode.


Also, in addition to now being able to choose the days on which your screens work, you can also choose two different screens in the same day! If you want to turn off your screens at night or put them on pause between noon and 2pm for example.

Create your own graphics to connect to your screens




If your company already uses graphs in its daily business or if you're looking to format your raw data on your screens: this new feature is for you.

Our Charts feature allows you to create charts directly from the designer with even more advanced functionality.

In a few clicks from your data source, RSS feed, SalesForce, Google Sheets, Excel or CSV file, you configure your new charts to be displayed on your screens. You can customize them with your colors or choose to display or not the legend.

The data is updated automatically and your teams are informed and connected in real time to your information.

Introducing Microsoft 365 for DynamicScreen





If your company works with Microsoft 365, you can now embrace the most advanced features in the digital signage software industry.

Earlier this year, we released an update to help you secure your team access to DynamicScreen and make it easy to log in with your Microsoft account. Now you can connect your Microsoft 365 apps to your screens.

In a breeze, you can import your documents from Microsoft Word, your presentations from Microsoft PowerPoint, and your spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel, and start sharing them with your team.

Uptime Funk





This new feature helps you keep track of your screen status. Connected or disconnected, in the last 1, 7, or 30 days.

Uptime Tracking in DynamicScreen

In a nutshell, you can monitor uptimes and performances of your screens.

To do so, open the Displays menu in the left panel, and select the screen you'd like to monitor. At the bottom of the page, you can track its status history.

Secure and simplify your team access with Microsoft





Today, we've released a new update to help you secure your team access to DynamicScreen and make it easy to login with your Microsoft account.


Single sign-on (SSO) gives your members access to DynamicScreen through an identity provider like Google or Microsoft.

As a user, you can forget your password! All you need to log in is your Microsoft credentials. As an admin, you spend less time managing roles, and your account is more secure.

In short, it's simpler than ever to manage your team access and to log in to DynamicScreen.

To enable this authentication method, go to Settings in your DynamicScreen Space, then select Authentification.

Now you can connect your Google Sheets as a data source in DynamicScreen.

Data sources help you keep your content in-sync in DynamicScreen. You can connect a public calendar from an ics file or import a csv file. Now you can add your Google Sheets.

This new feature helps you import data from your Google Sheets, and add them to your templates in the Designer. The best part? Your data keeps in sync automatically. Update your Google Sheets, and the new values are pushed to your screens. Like magic.
