Respond to social media comments and provide top-notch support faster than ever with Canned Responses!

Create responses for commonly asked questions and simply click the Canned Response to auto-populate a response.

Using Canned Responses

To start, navigate to your Social Inbox.

Where you would normally reply to a message, you will now see a button to Manage Canned Responses. Click that button and create your first set of responses.

Give your response a title (private) and write the message that you want to be shared on social media.

To use your new Canned Responses, click on a message to reply. Then simply click on the response you want to use to see it automatically get added to the social media response.
