βœ… Fixed - We discovered a minor bug that prevented tags to be added through Integromat. This is now fixed.

βœ… Fixed - In some cases, the entry point for a subscriber defaulted to β€˜Messenger’ instead of the actual Customer Chat widget entry point for subscribers who logged in via Facebook. This is now fixed.

βœ… Fixed - Navigation bars were not properly displaying on Page Level for some of Team Member roles. This is now fixed.

Here's what's going on:

βœ… Fixed - Some people who were added as a Team Member to a Chabot could not see the Preview on Messenger Button and the EU Policy warning on the dashboard. This is now fixed.

βœ… Fixed - In some cases, the Main Menu tied to a chatbot was not removed on deleting a chatbot from Clever Messenger. This is now fixed.

βœ… Fixed - In the case you had more than one WebView card in a Flow, modifying one of the cards would break functionality for the other WebView card(s) in the same flow. This is now fixed.

βœ… Fixed - Date and Date / Time WebViews didn’t update the Custom Fields inside the Subscriber’s Profile on the Audience page after being set. This is now fixed.

✨ Improvement - We added multiple CSS tweaks, primarily on Account Level, Dashboard, and the Integrations Manager, to pimp some of the recent feature implementations.

✨ Improvement - Updated Chatbot Templates

Here's what's going on:

βœ… Fixed - Facebook has changed how the Customer Chat Webhook works, which in some cases resulted in the Flow tied to your Customer Chat widget not being triggered when a person interacts with your Customer Chat widget. This is now fixed. But, not working for EU and Japan because of the Source attribute falling under EU Policies. We’re waiting for Facebook to come up with a fix. Guest Mode is not affected and works as it should.

✨ Improvement - We added event-based requests on the Audience Page to help fetch the status for Automated Replies viewable in the Subscriber table, and the Subscriber Profiles.

✨ Improvement - The Human-Agent Messaging Tag is added to Live Chat, allowing human agents to respond to user inquiries outside of the 24 hour window. Messages with this tag can be sent within 7 days after a user’s last message. You can only use this for support related issues that cannot be resolved within the standard messaging window (e.g., when your business is closed for the weekend, or when the support issue requires >24 hours to resolve)

Here's what's going on:

✨ New - Ice Breakers: Ice Breakers provide a way for users to start a conversation with a business with a list of frequently asked questions. A maximum of 4 questions can be set via Clever Messenger. You can view this as 4 customizable "Get Started" buttons if you will.

βœ… Fixed - When the actual Tags, Custom Fields, or Global Fields used in Segments are deleted it would result in the Segment not being able to load and you’d be unable to edit the Segment. This is now fixed. Segments based on deleted values will now open again, it will show the attribute (Tag, Custom Field, or Global Field), but the value will be blank since the value was deleted.

βœ… Fixed - Through Importing Flows, or Installing a Template that has Segments some Segments would not be imported correctly. This is now fixed.

✨ In Progress - Facebook has changed how the Customer Chat webhook works, which in some cases result in the flow tied to your Customer Chat widget not being triggered when a person interacts with your Customer Chat widget. We have identified the issue and we're working on a fix. Guest Mode is not affected and works as it should.

Here's what's going on:

βœ… Fixed - Team members were not being created due to the new limitation functionality that’s enforcing accessibility based on user levels, this is now fixed.

✨ Identified - Segments that are copied from another Flow, or Template, are in some cases not able to get edited. We’ve identified the issue and we are working on a fix.

✨ Improvement - Development for the Human Agent Message tag is done, and waiting for approval from Facebook. This Message Tag is needed when talking to subscribers outside of the 24 hour window. Moreover, Instagram requires a human escalation path, and once conversations go outside the 24 hour window this tag should be used.

✨ Improvement - Created the action Update Contact for MailingBoss on the back-end, it will be pushed live next week.

✨ Improvement - Updated Chatbot Templates

✨ Improvement - We’ve updated existing articles in our Knowledge Base.

βœ… Fixed - Adding subscribers in MailingBos was not working, this is now fixed.

βœ… Fixed - It seems we had to go through an approval process on Google. We updated the Scopes needed for the Google Sheet Integration, as a result, it works better now, as well as getting rid of the "Unsafe Error" when connecting Google Sheets to Clever Messenger

✨ Improvement - Loading Segmentation data is now switched from timeout-based to event-based action, thereby fixing cases where scenarios in which the query builder would be either broken or go into an infinite loading loop.

Here's what's going on:

βœ… Upgrades - ActiveCampaign, WebinarJam, EverWebinar

✨ Improvement - New Live Chat feature. Automations now pause for 30 minutes automatically when you initiate a chat with a subscriber. The duration can be increased by clicking on the +30 minutes, to add more minutes (up to 24 hours). And of course, you can still pause subscribers indefinitely.

✨ Improvement - Third-Party tools that use oAuth in order to integrate with Clever Messenger need active tokens to keep the integration functioning. And although we do everything on our end to keep tokens alive, there might be something happening out of our control that expires the token and therefore Clever Messenger being unable to communicate with your third-party tool. Whenever this happens, we now send a notification of the expiry.
