We just released a new automatic routing action called bot restart:
This action allows to automatically restart a bot conversation whenever the user select a specific choice.
How can I use this new action?
This action is extremely helpful whenever you want to keep the user in the bot loop without having to move it to another team inbox; for example, you can use this action to qualify or exclude leads depending on the answer they give to the bot.
How do I configure it?
If you want to test out the bot restart just follow those steps:
Go to your automatic routing configuration page
Add a new reply by clicking on the "add reply button". You can also edit an existing reply if you want
Select the Restart Bot action from the select dropdown
- (Optionally) add a message reply
