Centralized Mentions đŸ””đŸ’â€â™€ī¸

Hello everyone 👋🤠

We added a new section in the left menu with all of your notifications about your teammates' mentions for you. ✨

Whenever you receive a new mention notification, you will notice a green dot appearing on the left bell icon.

By clicking on it, will be displayed a dialog with your unread mention notifications. Just click and you will be redirected to the mention inside the conversation where the mention is.


How to mark a notification as read?

  • Click on the bell icon.
  • On your unread notifications tab, click on See More button at the bottom.
  • Click on the eye icon to mark the notification as read.

You can always find all of your notifications in the All tab, where you can also mark them back as unread.

We're happy to share with you that from today you'll be able to schedule your WhatsApp Message Campaigns from your Callbell Account ✨

This will allow you to reach out to a list of opted-in phone numbers with any pre-approved WhatsApp Business template 🙌


How to schedule a broadcast campaign?

Starting with your first campaign is simple, just follow those steps:

  1. Create a file in CSV format containing a single column, phone, and a list of phone numbers
  2. Go to the new Broadcast Section of your dashboard and click the checkbox to enable the creation of your first broadcast
  3. Click "Create Broadcast"
  4. From the modal, click on the Load CSV button and select your CSV
  5. Select one of your WhatsApp templates from the list
  6. (Optional) If your templates contains a placeholder you can specify a value
  7. Click "Send Message" ✅

Callbell will take in charge of delivering the messages to the contacts you specified, just sit back and relax! đŸ’†â€â™€ī¸


How do I monitor the progress of my campaign?

You can check in any moment the progress of your batch of messages by checking the Progress column:

After about 2 hours, Callbell will automatically generate some statistics regarding the delivery / read rate of your campaign:

  • Success Rate is the amount of successfully delivered messages
  • Failed Rate is the amount of failed messages (e.g. the user blocked your number)
  • Read Rate represents the end of the funnel and it's the % of numbers which read your message at least once.

Remember you can also download a detailed CSV report of those stats by clicking on the three dots icon and by selecting "Download Report":

How can I use ZapReply?

  1. Navigate to your customer chat
  2. Click on the small "zap" icon âšĄī¸
  3. Wait for ZapReply to generate a suitable answer
  4. Optionally edit the text and click "send"

If you're not satisfied with the answer generated at step 3 you can click the "zap" icon again to generate a new answer.


How much does it cost?

ZapReply is already included on all of our Chat management Plus Plan 🎉.

How to create a Quick Reply with an image?

To create a quick reply with an image take the following steps:

  • Navigate to settings and click on the Quick Reply section.
  • Click on Create Quick Reply
  • Insert the title and the message of your quick reply
  • Check the Add image attachment toggle
  • With the image enabled, you can either paste your image link or browse from your computer
  • When you are happy with your reply, click the Save Changes button

But don't worry, you can always edit your saved quick replies later in any case.

Reassign conversations

We've added a new tool which allows you to:

  • Distribute unassigned conversations to one or more collaborator
  • Unassign conversations from a collaborator
  • Reassign a collaborator's conversations to one or more collaborators

This tool is found in the Contacts section.

Distribute unassigned conversations This option requires to choose one or more collaborators as destination for the unassigned conversations. It will equally assign all the unassigned conversations through the selected collaborator(s).

Unassign conversations This option will unassign all the conversations of the selected collaborator

Reassign conversations This option allows to reassign all the conversations from one collaborator to another or more collaborators.

âš ī¸ Pay attention, these actions are irreversible!

Pending Chats Filter

We've added a new filter in the chats section called Pending Chats

This new filter will display only chats that are waiting for a response from the business.

This can be used to prioritise customers which are waiting for a response: Simply activate the filter, reply to the contact and the conversation will be removed from the list allowing you to focus on the next chat.

Hello everyone 👋

We just released a new version of our Callbell Mobile App supporting 4 new languages 🎉

đŸ‡Ģ🇷 French

From now on, the app will automatically select the right language (usually the one selected in your settings phone). But you can of course manually change it:

We just released a new version of the mobile app ! You'll find it on the AppStore or Google Play Store under the version number 2.0.2.

We've worked really hard to give you a new experience and we hope you'll like it !


What's new ?

Apart from the new design and new features, we also gave extra attention to the responsiveness of the app. You'll notice it even more on Android devices 🤖
