Previously, you were could clean contacts who did not open your email in the last 90 days via our Clean Contacts feature.
However, some folks want to clean their contacts earlier than 90 days and some later. We hear you.
With this update, you’re now able to clean contacts based on more periods instead of only 90 days:
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
- 180 days
- 365 days

Note: We recommend AT LEAST 90 days to ensure your email list is healthy & you don’t run into deliverability problems.

How to do this in your account:
1/ Go to the Contacts page → [Clean Contacts]:

2/ On the next screen, select the desired duration to clean your contacts:

3/ Finally, click [Delete inactive contacts]:
