We now support variants both in preview mode and in diff!
In diff mode we are still comparing between the latest version ("head") and the main branch ("base") - not between the default file and the variant file! When no variants are selected, modified components will be highlighted "yellow", as changed. Once you toggle to the respective variant you can see how the variant compares to the same variant at the base version.

Representing variants in a clear way is tricky, so we would love some feedback!
