Google Analytics for every Training Provider? We've got you covered! (22 Nov 19)

Hooking up your accessplanit shopping basket to your Google Analytics account is a must for tracking your booking success rates from your website!

Google Analytics Logo

In our next release (due out next week!) the Google Analytics module will no longer be limited to just one Google Analytics account per system, but one per Training Provider.

This means that multiple sites or franchises can each have their own configurations & analytics account hooked up concurrently!

If you are already using Google Analytics, you'll now find your settings within the Shopping Basket Options page available in your Administration menu option:

Google Analytics in Shopping Basket Options

If you do not yet have the Google Analytics module included within your system, you can read a little more about it here.

Coming Soon - Quick Attendance Marking! (9 Oct 19)

Marking course attendance is a key task for most course administrators.

Letting your accessplanit system know who turned up to your course, who completed, who failed not only allows you to accurately report on your attendance stats, it is also the quickest way for you to communicate updates with your delegates (i.e. 'thank you for attending' emails, 'your course has been cancelled' emails & 'congratulations you have passed' emails).

Introducing… the Course & Delegate Status update tool! πŸŽ‰

In our next release (due out w/c 14th October) you will have access to a new option on your courses where you can quickly log the status of a course:

DataGrid Mark Course Attendance

At the top of the new window you can select the status of the course; i.e. update your course to 'Completed'.

The rest of the window contains a list of the delegates on the course where you can update their individual status as a delegate.

The window also contains a checkbox that will match your delegates' statuses to the course status, this works for Completed, Cancelled and In Progress courses.

You can check over the statuses assigned to all of your delegates before hitting 'Save'.

We really hope you find this new feature useful, if you have any questions please get in touch with our Product Manager Jenna Culshaw ✨

Using Badges! (2 Oct 19)

You may have noticed that over the last few weeks, the badges within the system have grown a little and now have a few more options!

Badges

Badges are typically used to show you how many of something you have, so in in the example above there are nineteen delegates on the course, and two placeholders.

Here is an example where the employees badge is telling you that accessplanit has 71 employees:

Badges2

The new (colourful!) number options are additional, interactive badges that you can use to gain more insight about your courses and users.

These additional badges are shortcuts to pages only showing you relevant results to that badge, for example if you click on this green 'Booked Delegates' badge, you will be taken to a DataGrid with only the booked delegates for this course. Allowing you to bulk update, send emails, mark attendance with only the relevant delegates in sight.

We hope you find this addition useful! If you have any questions about it or if you have any additional badge ideas that you would like to see, please get in touch with our Product Manager Jenna Culshaw
