SagePay is becoming Opayo (13 Jul 20)

If you are a SagePay customer you may already be aware that they are rebranding as Opayo from this week (w/c 13th July).


At accessplanit we are making several changes to support this rebrand, including renaming the payment gateway option within your Shopping Basket and updating any SagePay references for you as administrators.

If you also include the SagePay logo within your shopping basket footer, you will be required to update this to their new Opayo logo. Please get in touch with our helpdesk team if you require any support with updating this logo within your shopping basket branding!

Coming soon - Translation Improvements (26 May 20)

We have some exciting improvements coming to the accessplanit translation tool, these include..

🗣 Automatic Translation Improvements

The translation tool has been expanded to include more text from your system (including page labels and pop-up messages), and is now much more intelligent in determining what text should not be translated; this includes dates, numbers, and any text you enter yourselves (such as venue addresses, user names and course titles).

📝 New Dynamic Editor for your own translation updates

The dynamic edit tool has replaced the in-line editor, it is much easier to use, allows you to provide your own translations for much more of your system, and comes with a few added features such as Google, Amazon and Bing translation suggestions!

Can you help us to learn more about you? (11 May 20)

To deliver the best service and innovate your system in the right way, we want to get to know the people who use the accessplanit system!

Here at accessplanit we are very close to the training industry and training businesses, which is really helpful for letting us know what features we should add into the accessplanit system.

What we don't know that much about is the individual people and personalities that are using these features, this information is really important, as knowing who you are and how you work affects how we will design new features. 🎨

Essentially, we need to make sure that the people who are using the accessplanit system are properly represented when we are making design decisions, interface improvements, and understanding how a new system addition will be used.

If you can spare less than 10 minutes, we'd really appreciate it if you could complete the survey below, even if you do not complete the full survey, your anonymous answers will go a long way to helping us design for you!
