We have just released the White Label + Sub Accounts feature.

With the White Label you can:

βœ… Connect your custom domain (CNAME)

βœ… Customize the brand identity by changing all the colors

βœ… Create Sub-Accounts

βœ… Allocate for each Sub-Account a custom amount of sites and reactions

❗New Campaign Behavior

Based on the requests of some of our customers we have improved the experience of the campaigns. In fact, we have added some more options (other options will be added in the coming months).

The two main options regarding the campaign Lead Email and the campaign Comment.

With these options, you can now set that the email pop-up or comment only comes out if the user has not yet responded. Once the action has been completed the pop-up no longer comes out.

This option is very useful, especially for the Email Campaign. In fact, it is not useful to get out the pop up once the user has already left his email.

We have just released an update that makes the URLs inside the dashboard clickable. This way you can go directly to your pages and understand what you need to change or improve. This is a simple improvement that many users have requested and that improves our UX.

πŸŽ‰ New 2 or 3 Reactions Widget Option

πŸ”₯We have a new awesome update for you guys! Now you can customize your widget adding just 2 or 3 reactions.

In order to change the number of shown reactions, you need to go in the Set Widget page and then change the dropdown option β€œNumber of Slot”.

⚑ This option works both for floating and inline widget and soon it will be available also for emails

🀯 Emoji GIF Are Now Available

We just added a new awesome bunch of GIF emojis. For the first time, you can create your widget with a set of GIF. We already tested on our platform and we see how with the GIFs the conversion and engagement rate is much higher.

❗ New Inline Widget Position + New Popup Campaign

We just released a new position option for our inline widget. Now you can set up the widget inline in three different positions:

  • Left Side
  • Central Position
  • Right Side

Moreover, we have significantly reduced all useless spaces in this way the widget is perfectly inserted inside the page. πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

Another cool thing we have released is a new way of displaying campaigns, with the left side widget version the campaigns will be shown as a classic pop-up. As you can see in the image below πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡

In order to set up the widget in the left or right side position using the Wordpress Plugin, you need to go in the setting page and select in the dropdown the new position.

Instead, if you don't use the WP Plugin you need to add the value "leftInline" or "rightInline" in the JS object.

Webhooks allow you to get programmatical notifications from Emojics as they happen.

Emojics will notify your endpoint any time an event happens. When the event occurs - a user reaction or a user interaction - Emojics will send an event via HTTP POST request, with a JSON body, to the enpoint URL that you specify.

The sent event contains all the relevant information about what just happened, including the type of event (reaction, interaction) and the data associated with that event.

Now you can access to your Affiliate Program dashboard again. We had some problems with our API partners, but now everything it should work great.

Click on your name in the header and open the dropdown, there you can find the link for your affiliate program dashboard.
